The overall function of the Banquet Housekeeper is to clean the lobbies, offices, bridal suites and conference room.

The specific duties are as follows:

1. Clean lobbies:

Wash all doors inside and Dust furniture, lamps, cigarette machine an artificial flowers.
Clean signs, mirrors, railing and check rooms.
Vacuum lobbies and Empty trash and stock supplies in restroom
Clean and wipe down all assigned

2. Clean Reception area:

Wipe lamps and Empty trash
Change courtesy area
Refill supplies in courtesy areas
Remove cups and glasses when customers leave

3. Clean Bridal Suites:

Clean mirrors, vanity tables
Clean bridal rest
Clean employee rest
Clean Conference Room:
Clean tables

4. Clean Offices:

Polish
Dust file cabinets, chairs
Empty trash
Wipe finger prints off
Keep hallways
Spot clean rugs and furniture
Set up for-luncheons in conference room and serve if needed

GUIDANCE and DIRECTIONS

The HOUSEKEEPER is under the direct supervision of the maintenance supervisor or the ballroom manager or the General Manager depending on the location.
