TBest Services Inc. has a new client in the Baltimore and/or surrounding areas urgently looking for a motivated individual to join their team as an English & Russian speaking child care Teaching Position. This position will be geared towards toddlers. Please see the requirements below:

Education:

High School diploma, certificate of high school equivalency OR successful completion of college courses credits. This company strongly urges bilingual Russian speaking candidates to apply.

Course work:

6 semesters 90 clock hours, or Equivalent of an approved Early Childhood course work. 3 semesters, 45 clock hours of an equivalent of approved Infant Toddler course work. OR 6 semesters, 90 clock hour of an equivalent Infant Toddler Specific course work

Experience:

1 year of experience of working with infant/toddlers or/and preschoolers in an approved setting. OR 1 year of college. 30 semester hours or combination of experience and college equal to 1 year.

Other Requirements:

at least 9 clock hours of approved training in communicating with staff, parents and the public. Approved training in supporting breastfeeding practices (optional). 3 clock hours in ADA compliance
