Description:
TBest Services is seeking a proactive Home Care Sales Specialist for our client. Our client is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors. We’re looking for candidates in multiple locations throughout New York State including Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo.
As a Home Care Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting home care services to potential clients and recruiting skilled caregivers to join our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and client acquisition:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable home care services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Caregiver recruitment and management:
Proactively search for, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers.
Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure the candidate’s suitability.
Onboard new caregivers, providing them with the information and tools they need to be successful in their roles.
Team leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Marketing and Networking:
Work with the marketing team to promote home care services through various channels.
Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
