Local company, light industrial & construction staffing company looking to add an established Sales Leader and Recruiters to our team.
Newly opened branch in Baltimore looking to add sales leaders and Recruiters with existing clients in Construction, Professional Services, Light Industrial, and other sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Telemarketing to potential new clients (Business to business)
2. Setting up personal meetings to introduce services, benefits, etc.
3. Checking in with existing clients to determine what else we can do for them
4. Develop new client relationships
5. Increase # of proposals submitted (and won!)
Potential candidates must have experience in the following:
1. Be comfortable & assertive on the phone – must be able to call warm leads and set up meetings
2. Experience in creating and growing business accounts & relationships
3. Attend tradeshows/conventions, networking events, and events to network with others
4. Pitching services to new clients and cultivate existing relationships
5. Previous experience in marketing services to the commercial light industrial sector is a plus
