TBest Services Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager in Electro-Mechanical Industries in Elkridge, MD. This position is for professionals with a background in electro-mechanical assembly and expertise in printed circuit board soldering. As a Quality Manager, you will lead our Quality Assurance team, focusing on the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies tailored to electro-mechanical assembly and printed circuit board soldering processes. Employment Details:
Wage: Negotiable, starting at $60,000 per year
Employment Type: Full Time/Temporary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures, with a focus on electro-mechanical assembly and printed circuit board soldering, in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead the quality inspection team to consistently meet and exceed quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality discussions with customers, reporting on quality performance and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using quality metrics.
- Maintain a commitment to safety standards and ensure a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality Management in the electro-mechanical field with a focus on PCB assembly and soldering.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO) and management systems.
- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing teams.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment and interpretation of blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
