TBest Services invites talented, entry-level CNC Machine Operators to join our client’s team in Reisterstown, MD. Your role will involve the operation of CNC machinery to produce parts according to the provided work instructions from work orders or setup personnel. This role is a second-shift, permanent position with weekly payments at a competitive rate of $16 – $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately program, set up, and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to manufacture parts as per the instructions provided in the work order or by setup personnel.
- Interpret technical blueprints and verify the dimensional characteristics of parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Optimize machine settings to enhance process efficiency and adhere to the production schedule.
- Undertake routine maintenance of CNC machinery and address any issues that surface.
- Evaluate and measure finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Rigorously adhere to all safety protocols and always wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete all required paperwork related to machine operation, product specifications, and production outcomes.
- Collaborate with design engineers and fellow team members to enhance product design and streamline production processes.
- Sustain a clean, organized workspace to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Entry-level experience as a CNC machine operator.
- Capability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Basic familiarity with computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- Robust mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Physical endurance to perform medium lifting, with some roles requiring light or no lifting.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Successful completion of a physical examination, drug test, and background check.
