Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ health, assess their needs, and provide optimal care.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Accurately administer medications and treatments per physicians’ orders.
- Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards within the healthcare facilities.
- Provide critical medical care in emergency situations.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities to expand your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Proficient in emergency care.
- A keen understanding of and adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility, compassion, and patience are essential qualities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a nursing program.
- Valid RN license in the state of New York.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to live or relocate to Buffalo, NY.
