TBest Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for our client’s Home Care Services based in Buffalo, NY.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong administrative experience. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should have a proven track record in building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Oversee documentary support activities, including maintaining client files, tracking service usage, and generating reports as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support, address client needs, and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to procedures and meet client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the home care services industry.
  • Nursing and elderly care background is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
  • Superior customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
