The Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the HR dynamics within a home care environment, ensuring alignment between industry specific requirements and core Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, in alignment with homecare professional standards.
- Design and oversee training programs tailored for the home care workforce.

- Manage employee relations, skillfully resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:
